Yuan High-Tech Development Co., Ltd. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2022. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 410.1 million compared to TWD 609.79 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 83.98 million compared to TWD 135.42 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 2.11 compared to TWD 3.41 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 2.11 compared to TWD 3.4 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was TWD 811.67 million compared to TWD 1,033.18 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 163.65 million compared to TWD 213.89 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 4.12 compared to TWD 5.38 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 4.11 compared to TWD 5.37 a year ago.
Yuan High-Tech Development Co., Ltd. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the manufacture, processing and sales of video and audio products. The Companyâs primary products include digital and analog television cards with peripheral component interconnect (PCI) express, digital and analog television boxes universal serial bus (USB), hardware compressed PCI express, hardware compressed boxes USB and video capture and converter cards. Its products are mainly used for the consumer, personal computer television (PCTV), surveillance and mobile digital video recorder (DVR) markets. The Company mainly distributes its products in the domestic market and overseas markets, including the rest of Asia, the Americas and Europe.
