EO Fund 1 along with 6 others signed a contract to acquire 23.7% stake in YUYANG D&U Co.,Ltd. (KOSE:A011690) from So-Un Cho for KRW 21.9 billion on August 22, 2016. Under the terms of the deal, 8.76 million shares will be acquired at an offer per share of KRW 2500. The resolution date of Board of Directors YUYANG D&U is August 22, 2016.
