Y.A.C. HOLDINGS CO., LTD. Y.A.C. Holdings Co., Ltd. (TSE:6298) entered into basic agreement to acquire JE International Corporation from Kim Min-soo on February 17, 2023. Y.A.C. Holdings Co., Ltd. (TSE:6298) signed an agreement to acquire JE International Corporation from Kim Min-soo on March 17, 2023. In related transaction, Y.A.C. Holdings also acquiring GD TECH CO., LTD., subsidiary of JE International Corporation.
As per transaction, Y.A.C. Holdings will acquire 2033 shares. Date of execution of share transfer agreement is scheduled on March 17, 2023. The transaction is expected to complete on April 3, 2023.
