Y.A.C. Holdings Co., Ltd. announced consolidated earnings results for the nine months ended December 31, 2019. For the period, net sales were JPY 16,304 million against JPY 26,675 million a year ago. Operating loss was JPY 630 million against profit of JPY 858 million a year ago. Loss for the period was JPY 1,620 million against profit of JPY 523 million a year ago. Basic loss per share was JPY 177.38 against earnings of JPY 54.02 a year ago.
The company provided earnings guidance for the full year ending March 31, 2020. For the year, the company expects net sales of JPY 25,000 million, operating loss of JPY 200 million, net income of JPY 1,000 million and loss per share of JPY 110.62.
The company provided dividend guidance for the full year ending March 31, 2020. For the year, the company expects dividend of JPY 10 per share.
