WINNOVA CO.,LTD is a Korea-based company principally engaged in the manufacture and marketing of medical equipment. The Company's main products portfolio consists of implants, such as interbody fusion cages, interspinous lockers and pedicle screw fixations under the brand name of WSH; medical equipment, such as laser equipment and x-ray equipment, as well as surgical instruments such as spine surgery systems, cervical spine scopes, endoscope video systems and others, as well as pharmaceuticals, among others. In addition, it is involved in the electromagnetic capability (EMC) business, which provides conductive sealants, conductive silicones, conductive fabrics, conductive tapes, finger strips and shield gaskets under the brand names of EXPAN and others. On May 16, 2013, the Company completed the merger with a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the cosmetics manufacturing. After the merger, it survived and the Korea-based company was dissolved.
