On September 5, 2019, Robert A. Conway notified the board of directors of Willdan Group, Inc., of his intention to resign from the Board, effective September 5, 2019. Prior to his resignation, Mr. Conway served as a member of the Audit Committee of the Board and as a member of the Strategy, Mergers and Acquisition Committee of the Board. Mr. Conway's resignation letter expressed no disagreement with Willdan or management regarding operations, policies or practices.
