Weltrend Semiconductor, Inc. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2023. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 708.92 million compared to TWD 663.67 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 70.65 million compared to TWD 32.18 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.4 compared to TWD 0.18 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.4 compared to TWD 0.18 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was TWD 1,269.85 million compared to TWD 1,611.01 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 108.44 million compared to TWD 163.16 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.61 compared to TWD 0.93 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.61 compared to TWD 0.92 a year ago.
