Ltd., Brisbane, Australia. The company announced new member: Gerald Kuo: Independent Director, Weltrend Semiconductor, Inc.; Wei-Kun Yeh: Independent Director, Weltrend Semiconductor, Inc. and Chien-Cheng Lin: Professor, Department of Materials Science and Engineering, National Chiao Tung University. Effective date of the new member is June 21, 2016 to June 7, 2019.
