CentWASKO Spólka Akcyjna completed the acquisition of 85% stake in Centralny Osrodek Informatyki Górnictwa S.A. from the Ministry of Treasury.

WASKO Spólka Akcyjna (WSE:WAS) entered into a conditional agreement to acquire 85% stake in Centralny Osrodek Informatyki Górnictwa S.A. from the Ministry of Treasury for PLN 70.2 million in June, 2012. Wasko has financed the transaction with own resources and with funds from a credit line. WASKO will take ovr 0.459 million shares in the transaction. Centralny Osrodek reported revenues of PLN 56 million and net profit of PLN 4.4 million in 2011.

It is engaged in the development and manufacture of software, as well as the provision of services within the implementation, maintenance and operation of Information Technology (IT) systems, including IT audits, trainings, software installation and IT system integration.
