Dietrich Engineering Consultants SA acquired Extract Technologies Limited from Wabash National Corporation (NYSE:WNC) on June 30, 2021. Extract Technologies Limited reported sales of approximately $22 million for the financial year ended on December 31, 2020. Cowen and Company, LLC acted as financial advisor and Foley & Lardner LLP acted as legal advisor to Wabash National Corporation. Andrea Reichert-Clauss, David Thüning, Tina Schmidt and Till Wansleben of BMH Bräutigam & Partner Rechtsanwälte mbB acted as an advisor to Dietrich Engineering Consultants sa for financing the acquisition. Simon Procter of Shoosmiths LLP, PwCs Strategy&, Ernst & Young UK, Investment Banking Arm acted as a legal, financial and tax advisor to Dietrich Engineering Consultants sa for the transaction.
Dietrich Engineering Consultants SA completed the acquisition of Extract Technologies Limited from Wabash National Corporation (NYSE:WNC) on June 30, 2021. A portion of the net proceeds from the sale were used to pay down outstanding principal under the New Term Loan Credit Agreement. Christoph Heiz of MLL Meyerlustenberger Lachenal Froriep Ltd acted as legal advisor to Dietrich Engineering Consultants sa.
