Zhuhai Gejin No. 8 Equity Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) agreed to acquire a 5.09% stake in Urovo Technology Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300531) from Urovo Technology (Hong Kong) Holdings Limited for approximately CNY 240 million on February 16, 2023. Under the terms, Zhuhai Gejin will acquire 16 million shares of Urovo Technology at a price of CNY 14.80 per share. Post acquisition, Urovo Technology (Hong Kong) will holf 34.82% stake and Zhuhai Gejin will hold 5.09% stake in Urovo Technology
