Tripod Works Co., Ltd announced that it has received JPY 100 million in a round of funding on January 31, 2019. The company issued common shares in the transaction. The transaction included participation from Unirita Inc. (JASDAQ:3800).
UNIRITA Inc. is mainly engaged in the Information Technology (IT) business. The Company operates in five business segments. The Cloud business segment provides group products and services as cloud services in areas such as data utilization, system operation, labor management and back office operations. The Product business segment develops and sells package software for in-house developed open systems and provides maintenance services. The Solution business segment provides consulting on data utilization and IT system operation, and provides various technical support. The Mainframe business segment provides development and sales of packaged software related to IT system operation for mainframe systems, and provides maintenance services. The System Integration business segment provides enterprise information systems mainly for customers in the information and communications industries, retail and retail industries, and manufacturing industries.
