Celebrating over 30 years of excellence, backed by the strength and stability of John Keells Holdings PLC, Union Assurance (UA) continues to invest in people, products and processes to become a true partner in success for all stakeholders. Delivering the best for its customers and providing quality and standard services for the residents within the areas which UA operates has always been taken into consideration when strategising the UA operations.

Recently, UA relocated two of its main Regional Offices in Polonnaruwa and Hingurakgoda with a refreshing new outlook. The Polonnaruwa Regional Office was relocated to No. 13, 1st Floor, Hospital Junction, Polonnaruwa, on 23 January and the Hingurakgoda Regional Office was relocated to No. 05, Airport Road, Hingurakgoda, on 24 January.

The newly relocated regional offices will help the company to further enhance its services and centrally manage the regional areas to support the company's objective of expanding its services across the island.

Both Polonnaruwa and Hingurakgoda Regional Offices are conveniently situated with ample parking space, open from 8.30 a.m. to 5 p.m. The new offices are refurbished and retouched with new interior elements and lightning systems which could provide a soothing, elegant environment for the employees to work in.

All the internal office spaces are structured in a relaxed and productive atmosphere to make it a standard positive working environment. Service areas for customers, a training centre for staff, and many other customer facilities are available at all times.

UA's branch offices offer a wide array of life insurance solutions, for individuals as well as businesses. The new Regional Office is also fully IT-enabled while personal financial advisors (PFA) are equipped with laptops and tabs to service all UA customers quickly and easily even while in the field.

Union Assurance is in the process of providing a refreshing outlook to its branch network with the aim of proving better services to the customers. These initiatives will directly benefit the company's mission to protect Sri Lankan communities across the island.
