Cargill and its partner Transport Trade Services (TTS) have agreed to invest EUR 15 million ($20 million) to boost the grain storage capacity of the Canopus Star terminal at the Romanian Black Sea port of Constanta. Following the investment, the capacity of the terminal should expand to 110,000 tonnes from 50,000 tonnes. The investment is expected to be completed by mid-2014.
