Tsubakimoto Kogyo Co., Ltd. at its board meeting held on May 9, 2023, resolved to pay special dividend of JPY 10.00 per share for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2023 compared to JPY 20.00 per share a year ago. The dividend is Payable on June 30, 2023.
