Tsubakimoto Kogyo Co., Ltd. at its board meeting held on May 9, 2023, resolved to pay ordinary dividend of JPY 110.00 per share for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2023 compared to JPY 100.00 per share a year ago. The dividend is payable on June 30, 2023.
