On June 20, 2023, Scot R. Salvador, Executive Vice President Commercial Banking of TrustCo Bank Corp NY (the "Company"), delivered notice to the Company that he intends to retire from his positions with the Company and its subsidiaries, including Trustco Bank, effective December 31, 2024.
