TQR Public Company Limited is a Thailand-based company that provides reinsurance broking services and integrated risk transfer solutions. The Company operates in three segments: Traditional Business (General reinsurance broker), Alternatives Business (Reinsurance consultant together with develop new channels and products), and Other Business. The Company's services include treaty insurance, facultative reinsurance, and total services. Treaty Reinsurance offers reinsurance arrangements ranging from proportional reinsurance agreements, quota share and surplus, to non-proportional reinsurance agreements, working excess of loss, and catastrophe excess of loss. Facultative Reinsurance is used for large and complex risks such as major infrastructure projects or intricate liability risks, where the reinsurance cover needed cannot be provided by Treaty reinsurers. The total service provides consultancy activities to develop new products for clients, often targeting distribution channels.
