Thien Viet Asset Management Joint Stock Company announced that it expects to receive VND 75.7 billion in funding from Thien Viet Securities Joint Stock Company and other investors

Thien Viet Asset Management Joint Stock Company announced that it will issue 7,570,000 shares at a price of VND 10,000 per share for gross proceeds of VND 75,700,000,000 on July 20, 2020. The transaction will include participation from existing investors including Thien Viet Securities Joint Stock Company (HOSE:TVS) for 7,500,000 shares. The transaction has been approved by board of directors of Thien Viet Securities Joint Stock Company (HOSE:TVS).
