The Manitowoc Company reported that Anne E. Belec has been elected to the company's Board of Directors effective immediately. The company announced an increase in the size of the Board from eight to nine directors. Belec is a senior executive with over 33 years of experience in sales, marketing and customer service. She had a career at Ford Motor Company, holding successively senior positions, including Director, Global Marketing and President and Chief Executive Officer, Volvo Cars N.A., Volvo Cars Corp. Belec also serves on the Board of Directors of Wajax Corp. and serves on the Audit Committee and Human Resources and Compensation Committee of WJX.
The Manitowoc Company, Inc. is a provider of engineered lifting solutions.
