The United Basalt Products Limited (MUSE:UBP.N0000) agreed to acquire 90.53% stake in Flacq Associated Stonemasters Limited from The Bee Equity Partners Ltd (MUSE:FIDE.I0000) and minority shareholders for approximately MUR 240 million.

The United Basalt Products Limited (MUSE:UBP.N0000) agreed to acquire 90.53% stake in Flacq Associated Stonemasters Limited from The Bee Equity Partners Ltd (MUSE:FIDE.I0000) and minority shareholders for approximately MUR 240 million on September 27, 2022. The Bee Equity Partners Ltd has 90,592 ordinary shares, representing a stake of 80.53% and minority shareholder has 11,250 ordinary shares, representing a stake of 10%. Relevant regulatory and final corporate approvals being obtained for the transaction.

The Bee Equity Partners Ltd.'s board of directors approved the transaction.
