An undisclosed buyer agreed to acquire investment property in Queen Victoria, Flacq, Mauritius from The Bee Equity Partners Ltd (MUSE:FIDE.I0000) for MUR 27 million on February 15, 2024. The consideration has been settled in cash on signature date. The net proceeds generated by the Transaction will ultimately be distributed to the shareholders of The Bee Equity Partners.
