Tecom Group PJSC is a United Arab Emirates-based entity which is primarily engaged in commercial leasing, venue management, corporate and government services. The Company is organized into four segments which include commercial leasing, industrial leasing, land leasing, services and others. Commercial leasing segment consists of built-to-lease and built-to-suit properties. Industrial leasing segment consists of warehouses and staff accommodation (housing for businesses to use to accommodate their workers). Land leasing segment represent land available within the business districts that already has or is expected to develop the necessary infrastructure (such as connecting roads, water, electricity and sewage) to lease the land. services segment consist of fees from the services, including those generated from venue management services, property management and leasing agreements. Other segments include businesses that individually do not meet the criteria of a reportable segment.
