Tanabe Consulting Co.,Ltd. (TSE:9644) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 120,000 shares, representing 0.7% of the outstanding shares, at ¥635 per share for ¥100 million. The purpose of the program is to carry out capital policy to meet the criteria required for listing on the TSE prime market.
The program is valid until March 10, 2022. As of September 30, 2021, the company had 17,254,592 shares outstanding (excluding treasury stock) and 253,808 shares in treasury.
