Under the normal course issuer bid, the company will repurchase up to 695,200 class A units, representing 9.89% of its issued and outstanding share capital. The repurchased shares will be cancelled. The bid will commence on November 21, 2021 and will expire on November 20, 2022. As of November 10, 2021, the company had 7,032,482 issued and outstanding Units.
Symphony Floating Rate Senior Loan Fund (the Fund) is a mutual fund trust. The Fundâs investment objectives are to provide unitholders with monthly distributions and to preserve capital.
