Notice of Corporate Resolution Regarding Selection of

"Growth Market" Under the New Market Segments

Sun*(the "Company") resolved to select the "Growth Market" for the transition to the new market segmentation scheduled to be implemented by the Tokyo Stock Exchange("TSE") on April 4, 2022 at a meeting of the Board of Directors held today. The Company have already confirmed that in compliance with the listing maintenance criteria for the Growth Market in the "Initial assessment results regarding its compliance with the standards to remain listed within the new market segments" from the TSE.

The Company will proceed with the prescribed procedures in accordance with the schedule set by the TSE.
