Sturgis Bancorp, Inc. Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend, Payable March 16, 2020

Sturgis Bancorp, Inc. announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.16 per common share, payable March 16, 2020 to stockholders of record February 14, 2020. This declaration increases the quarterly dividend to the highest level in the Company’s history, in recognition of the Company’s record earnings for 2019.
Sturgis Bancorp, Inc. is the holding company for Sturgis Bank & Trust Company (Bank), and its subsidiaries Oakleaf Financial Services, Inc., Oak Mortgage, LLC, Ayres/Oak Insurance, and Oak Title Services.
