State Street : Appoints Taryn Siglain as Global Head of Financing Solutions

• Gino Timperio to retire at the end of June following 35 year career with the firm

BOSTON-- State Street Corporation (NYSE: STT) today announced the appointment of Taryn Siglain to head of Financing Solutions. In this role, Siglain will lead State Street's Agency Lending, Prime Services, and Secured (Repo) Financing businesses and will be responsible for business strategy, execution and innovative ways to drive growth. Siglain succeeds Gino Timperio who will retire from State Street at the end of June and will report to Tony Bisegna, head of Global Markets.

Taryn's wealth of industry experience in client facing roles, strategy as well as overseeing trading businesses makes her well suited for this position," said Bisegna. Siglain joined State Street in early 2023 as Global Head of Prime Services. Prior to joining State Street, she spent 15 years at Morgan Stanley most recently as Head of Americas Secured Funding Trading and Collateral Optimization. Siglain also held a variety of roles across Client Financing Strategy, Investor Relations and Corporate Treasury Capital Management.
