Eat at Joe's Ltd. announced that James R. Thompson, Esq., has been appointed as the company's new President, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and General Counsel, effective February 1, 2015. With the announcement of Mr. Thompson assuming the position as the Company's President and CEO, Mr. Joseph Fiore, Eat at Joe's current President and CEO, will resign effective February 1, 2015. Mr. Fiore will maintain his position as Chairman of the Board and all other current board members shall remain unchanged.
