The Management Committee of the Board of Directors of Spandana Sphoorty Financial Limited at its meeting held on December 29, 2020 has approved and allotted 8,275 Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Transferable, Principle Protected, Market (10 Years G-Sec) Linked Non-Convertible Debentures of INR 100,000 each, at par, on a private placement basis to Edelweiss Securities And Investments Private Limited and Edelweiss Finance & Investments Limited (the "Allottees"), in demat form, in consideration of an aggregate amount of INR 827,500,000 issued under the Shelf Disclosure Document, Supplemental Information Memorandum and Form PAS-4 dated December 29, 2020.
