Notice Concerning Change of Executive Director at the Investment Corporation and Change of Directors and Important Employees at the Asset Management Company

SOSiLA Logistics REIT Inc. ("SLR") announces the following change of Executive Director. In addition, SLR also announces that Sumisho Realty Management Co., Ltd. ("SRM"), to which SLR entrusts the management of its assets, has accepted the retirement of a Director and decided to change important employees related to the operation of SLR. The details are described below.

1. Change of Executive Director of SLR (dated September 29, 2021)

SLR had an offer from Masaaki Yano, Executive Director, to the effect that he would resign from Executive Director. Therefore, Nobuhiko Matsumoto, a substitute Executive Director, will newly assume Executive Director.

Retiring Executive Director: Masaaki Yano

New Executive Director: Nobuhiko Matsumoto (See the attachment for a summary of his career.)
