Subject: Notification of Interim Dividend Payment To: President of the Stock Exchange of Thailand

Somboon Advance Technology Public Company Limited would like to inform the Stock Exchange of Thailand of the following resolution passed by the Board of Directors' Meeting No. 6/2016 held on 9 August 2016 as follows:

1. Approved to make payment for interim dividend of the 6 months operation of the year 2016 at 1 January - 30 June 2016 at the rate of 0.19 Baht per share for the total number of 425,193,894 shares, totally THB 80,786,839.86 derived from business activities eligible for BOI's investment promotion and the dividend will be paid on 2 September 2016.

2. The Company has fixed the Record Date on which shareholders have the right to receive the interim dividend will be on 24 August 2016 and fixed the share registration book closing date on 25 August 2016 for gathering shareholder's name under Section 225 of the Securities and Exchange Act B.E. 2535 (Amended B.E. 2551)
