Solstice Minerals Limited is an Australia-based mineral exploration company. The Company has gold and base metal projects in the Eastern Goldfields of Western Australia. The Company’s key projects are the extensive Yarri gold landholding, the advanced nickel and gold Ringlock Dam Project and the early-stage gold, base metal and rare earth element (REE) Ponton Project. It has granted licenses and license applications covering approximately 2,950 square kilometers (km2). The Yarri Project is located approximately 150 km northeast of Kalgoorlie between the Keith-Kilkenny Tectonic Zone (KKTZ) and the Laverton Tectonic Zone (LTZ). Its Hobbes gold prospect (on E31/1117) is situated in the core of the Yarri Project and sits approximately five km west of Northern Star Resources’ Porphyry Mining Centre. The Ringlock Project covers over 234 km2 and is located approximately 80 km north-northwest of Kalgoorlie. The Ponton gold project is located in the far southeast of the Eastern Goldfields.
