Apax Partners MidMarket has leased a surface of approximately 2,000 sq.m. of office space in the Cézanne Saint-Honoré complex, which already hosts leading companies such as Freshfields, LEK, Citibank, MoneyGram and 3i. The lease has been signed for a fixed term of six years.
Pierre-François Chiapponi, Sales Director, is delighted that this high-calibre company, which perfectly complements the other exceptional companies in the Société Foncière Lyonnaise's client portfolio, is taking up residence in one of the finest assets in its property portfolio.
