Shobunsha Publications, Inc. (TSE:9475) entered into an agreement to acquire Sunny Side Up Guam Inc. on November 11, 2019. The acquisition of the shares will make Sunny Side Up a consolidated subsidiary of Shobunsha. The transaction is expected to close on November 18, 2019. The impact on the Shobunsha's business performance for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2020 is expected to be minimal.
