Shibuya Corporation provided dividend guidance for the second quarter-end 2022 and for the full year of fiscal year ending June 30, 2023. For the second quarter-end, the company expects to pay dividend of JPY 30.00 per share against JPY 30.00 per share paid for the same period a year ago.
For the full year, the company expects to pay year-end dividend of JPY 40.00 per share against JPY 40.00 per share a year ago.
Shibuya Corp is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of products related to packaging plant business, mechatronics system business and agricultural equipment business. It has three business segments. Packaging Plant segment's products are bottling systems, including filling systems, capping systems; box making/packaging systems and pharmaceutical equipment systems, including pharmaceutical manufacturing systems and isolators; regenerative medical systems, including cell culture isolators. Mechatronics System segmentâs products are cutting processing systems, including laser beam machines, water jet cutting machines; semiconductor manufacturing system, including solder ball mounter, light emitting diode (LED) inspection device; medical equipment, including laser surgery and treatment equipment; hydraulic press machines. Agricultural Equipment segment's products are agricultural sorting and sorting systems. It also provides staffing and travel agency services.
