Sesa S.p.A. announces that with reference to the dividend distribution proposal resolved by the Board of Directors of Sesa S.p.A. on 12 July 2022 which will be submitted to the approval of the Shareholders' Meeting for 25 August 2022 in 1st call (26 August 2022 in 2nd call), the dividend will be paid on September 21, 2022, with coupon detachment on September 19, 2022. Those who are Shareholders of Sesa S.p.A. at the end of the accounting day of September 20, 2022 (record date) will be entitled to the dividend.
