SERVIZI ITALIA: Termination of employment relationship with Manager with strategic responsibilities

The present to inform that, in the context of a project of reorganization of the Company and for personal reasons of Mr Maurizio Casol (Operations Director), the parts expressed the mutual will to consensually terminate the employment relationship starting from 1 February 2018.

The Company, enhancing the value of its resources, identified management personnel within its organization in order to guarantee the continuity of the technical and operational management of the production plants.

Mr Casol's indemnity for the termination of the employment relationship was defined according to the rules and the practices of the Servizi Italia, as well as in compliance with the remuneration policy adopted by company. Moreover, it represented, according to the Regulation approved by CONSOB resolution no. 17221/2010 and the Regulation for Related Party Transactions adopted by the Company, a transaction with related party (insofar as Manager with Strategic responsibilities) for smaller amount.

As of today, Mr Casol does not own any share of Servizi Italia S.p.A.
