Under the program, the company will repurchase 250,000 shares, representing 1.11% of the outstanding shares for ¥50 million. The purpose of the program is to implement a flexible capital policy in response to changes in the economic situation. The program will run until February 28, 2019. As of December 31, 2019, the company had 22,564,125 shares outstanding and 920,101 shares in treasury.
