Saudi Public Transport Company SJSC is a Saudi Arabia-based company engaged in the transportation sector. It is engaged in passenger public road network transportation, transferring non-postal parcel, cargo, school transport, car rental, organizing tours, transporting pilgrims and visitors, as well as in operating and maintaining trains, metro cars and trucks, among others. The Company operates in the following segments: the Passengers Transport segment that includes scheduled transport services, which consists of passenger buses transport between and inside the cities of the Kingdome of Saudi Arabia, as well as international transport services; the Contracts and Leasing segment, which includes transport services through lease agreements signed between the Company and others, either governmental or non-governmental parties inside and outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the Head Office segment, which includes the headquarter of the Company and the financial information attributable
