Sareks OAO (Sareks OJSC) is a Russia-based company primarily engaged in the manufacture and wholesale of mining and construction machinery and equipment. The Company produces tractors, loaders and excavators on the basis of wheeled tractors MTZ-80/82 and UMZ-6AK. Sareks OAO sells its products domestically, as well as exports them. The Company operates through two subsidiaries, Sareks-Torgovyi dom OOO and Strotel?nyi uchastok ekskavatornogo zavoda OOO. Sareks OAO has one affiliated company as well. As of June 30, 2014, the Company's major shareholder was PO KZK OAO.
