Royal Jet, LLC entered into a non-binding conditional heads of agreement to acquire Dnest Aviation Sdn. Bhd. and Sapura Aero Sdn Bhd from Sapura Resources Berhad.

Royal Jet, LLC entered into a non-binding conditional heads of agreement to acquire Dnest Aviation Sdn. Bhd. and Sapura Aero Sdn Bhd from Sapura Resources Berhad (KLSE:SAPRES) on June 23, 2023.

The sale include 37,501,000 ordinary shares representing the entire issued share capital in Sapura Aero and 42,455,000 ordinary shares representing the entire issued share capital in Dnest Aviation. The transaction is subject to due diligence, approval from regulatory board and board of directors of Royal Jet and Sapura Resources.
