Business description: Sapmer
Activities are carried out in the exclusive economic zone of the French Southern and Antarctic Lands, in accordance with strict regulations that issue fishing licences and allocate catch quotas to French shipowners in the zone for toothfish and lobster. Tuna fishing is carried out in the Indian Ocean.
At the end of 2025, the group had a fleet of 8 vessels, including 4 freezer longliners, 3 freezer tuna seiners and 1 freezer casey trawler.
Net sales are distributed geographically as follows: Asia (58%), Réunion (6%), Indian Ocean islands (20%) and other (16%).
