Sanko Sangyo Co.,Ltd. (TSE:7922) acquired Benriner Co., Ltd from Hajime Yamamoto and Naoko Yamamoto for ¥718 million on December 22, 2022. A total of 20,000 shares were acquired with Hajime Yamamoto selling 97.5% stake and Naoko Yamamoto selling 2.5% stake. During the year ended February 28, 2022, Benriner Co., Ltd had total assets of ¥672.048 million, net worth of ¥572.211 million, operating income of ¥57.018 million and net profit of ¥40.606 million. As of December 22, 2022, the board of directors of Sanko Sangyo Co.,Ltd approved the transaction.
