Sakae Holdings Ltd. announced Mr. Pek Eng Leong has resigned as Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company with effect from 6 July 2020. Consequently, Mr. Pek Eng Leong ceased as Chairman of the Nominating Committee and a member of the Audit Committee.
