Korea Flour Mills Co., Ltd. acquired an additional 3.49% stake in Dongaone Co.,Ltd. (KOSE:A008040) from Dongah Food Co., Ltd. and PDP Wine Co. Ltd. for KRW 6.3 billion on December 29, 2014. Korea Flour Mills Co., Ltd. acquired 2.13 million shares at the price of KRW 2,955 per share and increased its holding to 34.83 million shares. Dongah Food Co., Ltd. sold 0.81 million shares and PDP Wine Co. Ltd. sold 1.32 million shares. Korea Flour Mills Co., Ltd will use other funds for acquisition.
