Hyosung Corp. (KOSE:A004800) agreed to acquire FMK Corp. from Dongaone Co.,Ltd. (KOSE:A008040) for KRW 20 billion on March 17, 2015. Under the terms of the deal, Dongaone sold 1.4 million shares in FMK Corp. The transaction will be signed on March 18, 2015. Ernst & Young acted as financial advisor to Hyosung Corp.
Hyosung Corp. (KOSE:A004800) completed the acquisition of FMK Corp. from Dongaone Co.,Ltd. (KOSE:A008040) on June 11, 2015. This transaction is subject to approval of Italia Maserati S.p.A and Ferrari S.p.A.
