Saint Marc Holdings Co., Ltd. (TSE:3395) agreed to acquire La Madrague K.K. from SANSHIROHIROTAKA YAMAZAKI on December 16, 2022. As per transaction, Saint Marc Holdings will acquire 500 shares. For the period ended March 31, 2022, La Madrague K.K. reported total assets of ¥63 million, sales of ¥148 million, operating income of -¥27 million and net worth of -¥2 million. The transaction is expected to complete on December 26, 2022.
