The Board of Directors of S&T Bancorp, Inc. declared a $0.27 per share cash dividend at its regular meeting held January 28, 2019. This is an increase of 22.7% compared to a common stock dividend of $0.22 per share declared in the same period in the prior year. The annualized yield using the January 28, 2019 closing price of $40.60 is 2.7%. The dividend is payable February 28, 2019 to shareholders of record on February 14, 2019.
