ROSE MERC LIMITED Rose Merc Limited announced a private placement of 7,45,000 equity warrants convertible into equity shares at a price INR 12.5 per warrant for gross proceeds of INR 9,312,500 on May 4, 2023. The warrants will be convertible into one common share of the company at INR 37.5 per share and will mature in 18 months from the date of the allotment. The company will receive 25% of the total amount, which is INR 9,312,500, as upfront payment at the time of allotment of warrants and the remaining 75% will be paid within 18 months.
The transaction will include participation from Aditi Natwar Daga for 20,000 warrants, Anant Balkrishna More for 25,000 warrants, Anita Jain for 40,000 warrants, Chaitanya Vaidya for 50,000 warrants, Chaitanya Vaidya for 50,000 warrants, Manohar Sonu Temkar for 10,000 warrants, Nanak Singh Ajmani (HUF) for 1,00,000 warrants, Nishank Jain for 40,000 warrants, Prasad Vishnu Shanbhag for 50,000 warrants, Rajen Hemchand Gada for 80,000 warrants, Rajesh Vig for 50,000 warrants, Saanvi Prayag Shelatkar for 50,000 warrants, Sonu Surjit Vasan for 80,000 warrants, Sunita Rajesh Chaudhary for 50,000 warrants and Uday Damodar Tardalkar for 50,000 warrants.
